Dozen is a boxing inspired fitness studio founded in 2018. We offer a fast-paced, head-to-toe cardio and resistance workout based on the ups and downs of a 12-round fight. While there is no risk of your stationary opponent punching you back, he will inspire you to embrace your inner fighter.
